MultiScraper is built for that. It is a free Windows app: you write the tags once, look at everything in one grid and keep only what you want. The images you downloaded stay searchable by tag and source, even with no internet connection.

One query, many sources
Type your tags a single time and every source is searched in parallel. The app searches image sites including pixiv and DeviantArt.

A grid you control
Images appear in the grid while the search runs. Press X to drop one, K to keep it again. Everything is kept by default, and nothing is written to disk until you press Save kept images.

Originals in your folder
Save kept images to a folder you name as full-resolution originals, with near-duplicates removed and optional caption files. Everything you downloaded stays searchable by tag and source, even with no internet connection.

The search syntax, in three symbols
A space means AND. A | means OR, with up to eight OR branches in one query. A - excludes a word.
For example, statue | sculpture -photo finds images tagged statue or sculpture, and leaves out anything tagged photo. Write it once and it runs on every source in parallel.

This one needs a free refresh token. Run pixiv-login.bat once. The key helper uses the bundled Python helper, which you set up with setup-python.bat.

DeviantArt is searched through its official API with your own free client ID and secret. Run deviantart-login.bat once.

What is MultiScraper?

Does it cost anything, or need an account?
Neither. It is free and there is nothing to sign up for.
Which computers does it run on?
Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit). macOS and Linux are not yet supported.

How do I get it, and do I install it?
Download the 5.0 MB zip (version 1.0.0) from multiscraper.net. There is no installer: unzip it and double-click.
How do I write a search?
One query covers every source. A space is AND, | is OR (up to eight OR branches in one query) and - excludes a word, as in statue | sculpture -photo.
Do I need Python?
Only for two things: the pixiv key helper and the optional AI Filter. Otherwise the app does not need it.

Is there telemetry, and where do my keys go?
There is no telemetry. MultiScraper runs locally on your PC and connects only to the sites you search. Your API keys stay in a local text file.
